In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By registering an Account, logging in to an existing Account, or otherwise accessing or using any portion of the wso38 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on wso38 from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the wso38 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing and unconditional acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

Access to and use of the wso38 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. wso38 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+. We do not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the wso38 platform from within Indonesia and that your use of the platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any guardianship, mental incapacity, or legal restriction that would impair your ability to form a contract.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by wso38 or by any other gaming operator, at the time of registration or use.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of wso38 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

To use the wso38 platform, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

One Account Rule: Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on wso38. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, wso38 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member. These may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, bank statement, or proof of address. KYC documents must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the verification request. Failure to comply may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wso38 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. wso38 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

• Notify wso38 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Never use a shared device or public computer to access your wso38 Account without ensuring you log out fully afterwards.
• wso38 recommends enabling any available two-step verification features on your Account.

All deposits on wso38 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wso38 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Deposits are typically credited to your wso38 Balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

wso38 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wso38 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the originating account and the transaction may trigger a formal KYC review of your Account.

Members may request withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, where technically possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during support hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside support hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity on the following business day.

Conditions for Withdrawal:

• The Member's Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is authorised.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have met the applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the Member's own name.
• wso38 reserves the right to perform additional identity checks before processing any single withdrawal above Rp 50.000.000.

wso38 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, wso38 will notify the Member and may request additional documentation before making a determination.

wso38 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions when a Member accepts a bonus.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all wso38 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is Rp 100.000 per round or spin, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Progressive jackpot games are typically excluded from bonus wagering contributions. Check each promotion's eligible games list.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• wso38 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel it entirely in the event of a technical error, systems failure, or evidence of abuse.
• A Member may hold only one active welcome bonus at any given time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wso38 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's identity to register an Account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the wso38 platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using wso38 as a conduit for the proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the wso38 platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to obscure your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting wso38 support to resolve the disputed transaction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wso38 staff or other Members.

All content on the wso38 platform — including but not limited to the wso38 brand name, logo, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of wso38 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wso38 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wso38 content without prior written consent from wso38.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wso38 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the wso38 platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by planned or emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond wso38's reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by a verifiable technical malfunction. In such cases, wso38 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Members' Balances.
• The conduct or content of any third-party game provider integrated into the wso38 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit wso38's liability for death or personal injury caused by wso38's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

wso38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or court order requiring account closure.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

A Member wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting wso38 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after satisfying any outstanding withdrawal conditions.

wso38 collects, processes, and stores personal data about Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wso38 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or by the terms of our operating licence.

wso38 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all Members free of charge, accessible from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your wso38 Account.

Your continued use of the wso38 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wso38 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the wso38 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Members are strongly encouraged to contact wso38 support to attempt an informal resolution. The majority of account, payment, and game-related queries are resolved at the first point of contact by our support team, available from 08:00 to 24:00 WIB daily.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, wso38 will cooperate in good faith with any formal dispute resolution process initiated in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body.
